System32\autoexec.nt

When trying to run programs that have been fine before I get warning message
C:\windows\system32\autoexec.nt. Not suitable for running MS-Dos and
Microsoft Windows applications.

Any ideas
 
Or, Start>Run and type in this without the quotes:
"cmd /c copy /y %windir%\repair\autoexec.nt %windir%\system32"
