System won't restore

I am getting frustrated and very concerned. My system will not restore, nor
can I set a restore point. I have gone into thesystem to check for settings,
but I am obviously not successful.
I cannot run Secunia Inspector either. Runtime error comes up. I have un and
re-installed but without success.
Any help will be more than just appreciated.

Examine event logs for any system restore-related errors that could help you
identify the problem

Hi Christel,

Download Dial-a-fix here:
http://djlizard.net.nyud.net:8080/software/Dial-a-fix-v0.60.0.24.zip
Unpack the zip and run the program run the full by click on the 2 green
V and click on Go, this can take some time, then restart your PC.
If still the system restore is gone then click on the Hammer and then on
"Reinstall System Restore"
Let us know the out cum.
