System Volume Information

The computer said to disable System restore so that System Volume
Information file is then accessible but where do I find that file? Virus
hiding and cannot get rid of it. Can someone please help?

You'll need to turn-off System Restore, reboot, then turn it back on.
The virus has infected your System Restore folder (system volume information).
