System very sluggish with RC1/VPC

My whole VPC/RC1 system is very sluggish even thought I configured it with 1,205 MB DDR ram
Sometimes have to wait 30 or more seconds to get a response.
My XP system still seems fine even though most of my resources are going to the Virtual PC.

If you are using VPC 2007 install the virtual machine additions from the
Action menu on the vm window.

Hi Colin,
Thanks, but I don't see these options in VPC 2007 beta. I checked both the Action and the file.
Are they under a different name?

If you are using VPC 2007 install the virtual machine additions from the
Action menu on the vm window.

I also checked the Help file but this option is NOT there in the Action menu:
The only options there are Close, Pause, Reset,Remove & Setting and Properties
On the Action menu of the virtual machine, click Install or Update Virtual Machine Additions.
If you are unable to move the mouse pointer to the Action menu, press the host key to release
the mouse pointer from the virtual machine window.

If you are using VPC 2007 install the virtual machine additions from the
Action menu on the vm window.

So did you get the adds installed or not? Do you have better performance
and can you drag and drop between the host and guest desktops?

Yes I did.
Well the copy & paste did work on a small file but when I went to transfer my large file I got the Sorry it has to close
from MS and everything the console and the windows closed.

It did seem to be faster though I didn't have time to check out the rest of them will do it probably tomorrow.
Another thing it keeps asking for a password and logging back in ever though I changed it to 5000 minutes on the screen
saver and unchecked the auto log on.
I Can't find the power options yet.I leave my system on 24/7 with a flat screen monitor that I shut off.

Be sure to do bug reports on the WEI issue and this one using the Feedback
link on the left side of the VPC 2007 beta home page on Connect.

Hi Colin,
Can you please tell me where "The VPC 2007 beta Home page on connect" is? on the Console, in the settings or the menu
on top of the Vista window. I can't find it.
There are no options on the left side that I can see.
I know it's me but please be more exact?

ALSO Do I have to convert all my programs to ISO files in order to install them?
Office XP, NIS 2007, Norton Ghost & Diskeeper etc?
Be sure to do bug reports on the WEI issue and this one using the Feedback
link on the left side of the VPC 2007 beta home page on Connect.
