There are applications I have that are supposed to start up to system
tray when
Windows boots. Some times they don't and the system tray icon was the
access point to the applications. Now I can kill the proccess and
restart them and the icons show up in system tray. How can I make
sure that applications that are supposed to be in system tray are
actually there on boot , without having to kill processes?
