System tray icons missing at bootup

For the last week when I bootup, I have some missing system tray icons missing. The task manager shows they are running but no icons in the system tray. Now if I end the process and restart the programs, the icon will show up in the system tray. And no, none of them are hidden so don't ask.

I seem to be having a similar problem, Shortly after installing SP2 and XP
TweakUI (part of the Toy Pack) my system tray has been completely eliminated.
the Aplications are running yet restarting the applications will not make
them appear in the tray. Thanks for any help.
