system tools and other programs are empty

Microsoft,
I can not access varies programs that were loaded to my
laptop when I purchased it. Please advise me as to how I
can restore them without useing the restore disks as I do
not want to loose my saved data. For example system tools
is empty as wellas a number of other factory loaded soft
ware. Please help me to restore these.

This is a peer to peer newsgroup, not microsoft tech support. Only a few ms
guys show up now and then. That said, if you post the exact problems your
having with error messages someone here may be able to help you. Otherwise,
since you bought an OEM computer(pre-installed), you will have to contact
the manufacturer of your computer for support. MS doesn't support oem
windows versions.
