system startup speed and ram

how do i increase my system startup speed and increase my
ram without buying anything?
 
To increase startup speed, RUN msconfig
and uncheck everything you don't want in
STARTUP, also, you can uncheck other things
in the other tabs at your own peril.

To get more RAM, you gotta pay $

Stealing the RAM is the only way to increase it without buying
it.
