System Startup message

i bought this computer off my friend it has windows xp on it and when
it boots up it pops up this dialouge box saying this is roberts
computer unauthorized use is prohibted. Its really stupid and i cant
seem to find how to diable it. I think he did it via registry but im
not sure. Ive never used google groups before so i thought i just try
this first before going on a webhunt for it
