system standby failed

I get this error message when I try to put my computer in
standby: "The device driver for the 'Standard 101/102-Key
or Microsoft Natural PS/2 Keyboard' device is preventing
the maching from entering standby. Please close all
applications and try again. If the problem persists, you
may need to update this driver." I've updated the driver,
now what?

Hi Chris,

Did it "used to work"? Or did it never work?
