Looking for some ideas on what to look for on an XP system that seems to
lock up intermittently when the computer starts or reboots. Does not do it
all the
time, but enough times to be annoying. It locks up at the XP loading screen
and after POST on its way to the XP screen loader. The fans are all working,
and the PS has been replaced because the old one was stinking within the
past year or so just FYI. Once the
system is booted up it seems to operate fine.
