System Shuts Down

Hi. Hope someone can help. From time to time, I think
just while I'm on the internet, I get a system message
that indicates my system will restart in 30 seconds. The
message says it is due to "RPC Service terminated
unexpectedly." It also mentions a service called NT
AUTHORITY/SYSTEM I am running Windows XP. If anyone can
help, please contact me. Yhanks - al
