RPC is shutting my system...

RPC (remote procedure call) service is "terminated
unexpectedly" according to an error message, and it shuts
the system in about 40 seconds.
Inside msconfig, I found RPC and RPC Locator on "Services"
tab, and RPC is running but RPC Locator is stopped. I am
unable to change anything. Can anyone help?

Sounds like someone is attempting to exploit a well known flaw in
windows. The sire will allow you to download patches automaticly
to fix the problem.
