SYSTEM SHUTDOWN

Does anyone know why it would be doing this? Just
started recently. A box pops up that says system
shutdown. Save all your work... Initiated by NT Authority.
TGeb something about Remote Procedure Call It's driving
me crazy! Help! Thanks!! :)
