NT Authority/System ERROR

my laptop shuts down automatically from 1-10 minutes into
being turned on due to a strange error.

It says that the Remote Procedure Call has unexpectedly
shutdown and so my laptop needs to shutdown.

It was authorized by NT Authority/System.

What is going on? someone please help!
