When I am sometimes on my computer all of a sudden a blue screen appears and
it locks up. I am unable to get off the screen or shut it down. The screen
basically says that windows is shutting down to keep the computer from being
damaged. I need to know how do I find out why it keeps doing this and how do
I correct the problem. I was told that Freedom firewall caused the problem
one time but I am unable to uninstall the firewall.
