system restore

anybody know how to delete all but the latest restore
point? i have like 40 restore points, and beleive it is
kinda a waste of hdd space to keep all of them, thanks in
advance
 
Unfortunately, restore points cannot be selectively deleted.

You can open System Restore and in the left side you will see System restore
settings. Click on it and you can set a smaller amount of disk space to
allow for restore points. The default is 12%, you can cut that down to suit
yourself.

Once you have set the amount of disk space you want to allow for restore,
create a new restore point. Go to Disk Cleanup and on the more options tab
choose system restore That will eliminate all but the latest restore point.
