System Restore Not Working

Since I installed the beta my system restore will not
function. No matter were I access it from it gives the
error that im trying run a dll as an app. Is there
anyway to correct this or do I have to completly restore
the computer with disks and start over
 
Can you try it in safe mode--and post the exact error message you get?
