I was told by the support line for my PC's Manufactuerer that my re-install
is "encrypted" on my HD, and this is the reason we where never given system
restore disks with the pc when it was purchased. They gave me no directions
as to where to find there except that it is somewhere on there. If anyone
can help out it would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance

Thats why your system came with manuals.........to read and find out how to
"restore" your system using that hidden partition on your HD.

Some of the manuals may be located on your hard disk as PDF files. It
would help if you would identify the name of your computer manufacturer
and/or where you bought the machine.
