system recovery

I have used the recovery tool four times .now I have memory issues. how do I
clean this mess up? copy my personal files to disc and use the complete
factory recovery option? or can I delete those backups.help me ! I swear on
my hard dive to stay away from the "Angel" recovery tool .

Hi:

You should make a backup of your data files in an external hard disk drive
and use your recovery CD.

If you still have problems with your memory, you should contact your PC
manufacturer. Take note of the error or errors to report to the support
service.
