system recory problem.

i had to do a system recovery on my xp home.
the recovery reverted my xp back to sp1.
i have a wacom tablet installed on my computer.
the tablet still works but is erratic and glitchy.
the tablet was originally installed when my xp home was sp1 so i know it
works on sp1.
when i went to check its configuration, it said the tablets drivers were not
found.
when i went to install them, the installation program said the drivers were
already installed and to uninstall it before installing again.
i went into add/remove programs but the tablet isnt listed.
is there a way to uninstall these drivers? i dont know how.

a new driver update was available on the wacom site.
i was able to install the new updated driver and that did the trick.
