System reboots when receiving big files

Recently I introduced Gigabit Ethernet to my Server (P2B-
DS ASUS). Around the same time I installed some McAfee
Software.

Now when I transfer large files to this server the system
immediately reboots.

Any suggestions?
 
This sounds like a blue screen. Any Event logs for this restart? You may
have faulty RAM or Mcafee could be causing issues. Have tried disbaling
McAfee and then trying the process again?
