Hi Fred,
Driver or software error - we need to know which one. Check the system
applet in the control panel, one the advanced tab click startup and recovery
settings. Set the system to create a kernel memory dump on failure. Next
time it occurs, send the dump file (*.dmp) to me at the email address used
here, and use the subject line "per req" (without the quotes) to get past my
mail filters (or I will never see it). Also include a short note about what
error code we are discussing (I answer several hundred posts per week, so I
can't remember every one).
