System Prefs Don't Hold On Restart

Hi Everyone,

Upon restart, all my preferences for startup, services, display, etc.,
disappear and I must reconfigure them - but it doesn't happen every time.
Getting to be a hassle. Any thoughts?

Hi Holly,
Try running the edit on line 30 left side. "XP doesn't save user
settings."
