"system not fully installed" error message help

I did a system recovery to clean the computer. And it did
just fine. I went through all the little questions and
the it started but instead of the desktop all i got was a
black screen and a mouse curser. After 20 minutes I
restarted and got the error message: "The system is not
fully installed. Please run setup again." The recovery
info said it used a partition on the harddrive so I have
no CD to use. I am running Windows XP Home Edition from
maybe 2002. I can't remember the year. Plese help.

Thanks,
Twilite

This is usually caused by a 3rd party IDE Driver Intelata.sys. To resolve
the issue you can get another XP CD or if you have burned the CD from some
image re-burn the image without Intelata.sys file.
