System keeps logging in as administrator

Hi all,

I have an Elonex OEM version of XP Prof which is installed on a new
Elonex machine. When using this copy of XP, no matter what I seem to
do, the system keeps logging in as administrator. I have set up other
accounts on the system (i.e, a single user). The user account is
passworded, as the system will be in a church office with confidential
files on it. Here is what I have done:

1. Put a password to the administrator account and the user account
(with full admin privalidges). Still system keeps logging in as
administrator.
2. Add a second user with limited account status. Same thing
happens.
3. Get rid of the welcome screen in Windows, still the same thing
happens.

Any suggestions?

Just for Google, this is now resolved by using the command:

control userpasswords2, then checking the box that allows the
passwords in the log-in screen. Why this wasn't checked on initial
installation I'll never know.
