system information not working

When I start System Information I get this message "Cannot access the
Windows instrumentation software. Windows Management files may be moved or
missing"
Does anyone know how to resolve this problem without having to reinstall
Windows?
 
What is the status of your Windows Management Instrumentation service in
SERVICES.MSC?
Is it set for Automatic as Startup Type and is it Started?
What is the status of your Windows Management Instrumentation Driver
Extensions? Is it set for Manual Startup Type?
 
In Services "Windows Management Instrumentation" is set for Started en
Automatic.

I don't know where to look for "the status of your Windows Management
Instrumentation Driver Extensions" Is it set for Manual Startup Type?
