Hi

Is the WMI Service running?

From Start>Run type

services.msc

and scroll down to the WMI Service. If it hasn't been started, right click
on it and select 'Start'.

I checked "Services" in admin. tools and "yes" it was. I'm doing a file and
just found
the wmeprov.log that read for today's date. "WDM call return error: 4200".
That may help answer the problem but I have know idea . Thanks for your fast
response.
