System Idle Process

When I turn my computer on, the system idle process is
making my computer run at 100% CPU Usage. I have no other
programs running. 100% CPU usage makes my computer run
slow and it makes starting prgrams almost impossible.
Does anyone know why the idle process is doing this and
how to fix it?

Hi

System Idle at a higher % is better, as that means the CPU isn't doing much.
Start a few programs and that % will drop.

Suggest you avail yourself of the nearest dictionary (assuming you know what
a dictionary is) and look up the word 'idle'. I don't know what your problem
is, but the SIP has nothing whatsoever to do with it.
