System Idle Process high cpu usage

I know what Idle means. My machine calculates system idle process in with
the total cpu usage. There is a difference. When a machine is running right
the "System Idle Process" usage doesn't add to the CPU usage at the bottom of
the task manager window. But when it is acting as described above the "System
Idle Process" usage does add to the total and will hog all your resources and
bog your
machine. I and others are trying to find a cure, not something stupid like
"break out a dictionary" as was suggested in another thread.

You and others don't know what you're talking about.

System Idle Process is the amount of the CPU that is *NOT* being used. It
does not bog down your computer or hog all your resources.

You are wrong in this case. When system idle process is calculated into
totol cpu usage it does bog down your computer. It acts as if another process
is running calling it self system idle process.
