System Idle Process

System Idle Process is running and fluxes between 3% to
100% cpu usage when so program is running. When other
programs are running, it's make them choppy. How can I
fix this.

Think of the meaning of the word "idle."

System Idle Process refers to the percetage of your CPU's computing ability
that is idle because the processor is not doing anything. If your programs
are choppy, it's for another reason.

System Idle Process is exactly what it sounds like.
It is the % of processing power you have waiting for something to do,
doing nothing.

If you are having problems, this is not the cause.
