System Hyjacked

My systems 32 folder is automatically Accessed during Logon. I would like to
know if this is Spyware, or What. I spoke to a Computer builder and he said
it sounds like Spyware. Please Advise!!!!

If you find out which program is causing System 32 to open, you might be
albe to uninstall/reinstall that program and clear the problem up.
