System hangs while "Applying your personal settings"

System hangs while "Applying your personal settings".If logon to safe mode or
with no domain then is more faster within 10seconds only.But when logon to
domain it will hang at "Applying your personal settings" about 1hour before
can see all the icon on the desktop.How to solve this problem?thanks
