System hang/slowdown during boot

Hello, I have a problem. Whenever I try to boot my computer, it SOMETIMES
boots without problem but like 70% of boots result in system freeze, the
winxp moving loading bar scrolls for a while, but after the numlock etc..
flashes, it either hangs totally or moves forward like 1 bar/1minute. Also I
noticed that bootlog isnt written if I select it to be. Anyone got a solution
to this problem?

After you enable Boot Logging from the advanced startup screen, log on
using the root Admin account to view the file. If that still does not work
edit the Boot.ini file to use the /sos switch. This will display all drivers
on screen as they are loaded. The last driver displayed on screen when it
freezes would be the suspect driver. The Event Viewer would also be a good
place to check for drivers failing to load.
