system folder

evertime i log on my system 32 folder loads up, i went in folder option and
checked do not show hidden folder and restarted computer and it still loads
but it does not show the files. it used to not do that and i dont know what i
did but i know it happen shortly after i up graded to sevice pac 2. i have
windows xp home edition Dell computer. could some one please help

i tried that site but it said this scrip cannot repair your issue the
expected registry value was not found ty for help
