The Knowledge Base has no more information on it, I have no idea what it
relates to. Can anyone shed any light on this error?
I'm running a Windows XP Professional SP1 pc with all critical updates
installed,
Intel P4 3.2Ghz Processor with Hyper Threading enabled,
512mb RAM,
gigabytes of hard drive space on a SATA hard drive,
Radion 9800 Pro gfx PCI card,
Sound Blaster audigy 2 platinum ex PCI sound card,
Intel pro 10/100 network on motherboard,
the system is a Dell Dimension 8300 Desktop PC, virtually out of the box
config, except for the sound blaster and some perhiperals.
SpeedTouch 330 USB ADSL Modem (shows as ISDN Modem) connecting to UK Adsl
service (BTOpenworld), shared with ICS, protected with ICF, out of the box,
no changes made to them.

I'm happy to pass on Msinfo.txt, Dxdiag.txt, SiSoft Sandra reports, Norton
Information reports by email to anyone who wants to look into this further,
but obviously no binaries on Usenet :)

Tks!!

When I try to apply that patch, it says that It's already applied as part of
a service level.
