SYSTEM: WinXP Pro SP2, P4 3GHz, 1gb DDR266 RAM

We have systems that crash during test overnight. The System Error (text
below) is consistent.

These are military systems that cannot be on the WEB. But the software and
the 2 PCI cards we have used for several years.

The only difference this time around is a new mainboard and passive
backplane. We suspect that there is a problem with the new system and one of
the PCI cards, but we cannot tell just what because the results are mixed.
Three out of six systems pass test.

Can anyone translate what the System Error is telling us?

NOTE: I saved the dump & XLS files from the "Send Report" function.

Background information on Stop Error message:

0x0000009C: MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION
(This is a hardware issue: an unrecoverable hardware error has occurred.
The parameters have different meanings depending on what type of CPU you
have but, while diagnostic, rarely lead to a clear solution. Most
commonly it results from overheating, from failed hardware (RAM, CPU,
hardware bus, power supply, etc.), or from pushing hardware beyond its
capabilities (e.g., overclocking a CPU).
