I am getting a blue screen with the following event ID in event viewer.
Serious system error has occurred.
After the restart operation is completed, the following event may be logged
to the system event log:Event ID: 1003
Source: System
Description: code 000000d1, parameter1 f94ec0da, parameter2 00000002,
parameter 3 00000000, parameter4 f94ec0da

According to Article ID 837432 there is a hotfix for this issue or I could
wait for the next service pack. The article does not show me wear I can
obtain this fix. Can someone tell me wear or how I can fix this error.

That KB article states exactly how to get the hotfix -- you have to call
to get it. Note that the article says it's for windows server 2003, and
you posted in a Windows XP newsgroup.
