hello,

i have windows xp professional with service pack 2
installed on my laptop. everything was working fine.
today i just updated the windows and now its giving stop
error when ever i try to connect to the internet using
modem. while doing the shakehand , blue screen appears
and laptop restarts..
in the event viewer i got the following error:

can anybody tell why this error occurs and how to solve
this issue.

is there any hotfix for this error on Xp?
