System Crashes

I will be in the middle of a program and for no apparent
reason, my system will reboot itself. This is becoming
more and more frequent. Any help would be appreciated.

Many, many things could be possible here. It is possible
that your power supply is going south or it can't handle
all of your devices in your computer. It's possible that
the memory that you have in your computer isn't working
properly. It's possible that your VCORE (voltage) isn't
set right. It may also be that the memory MHz times the
multiplier are too high and need to be dropped. It's
also a possibility that you are having a program conflict
or a device conflict.
