so if you could explain it step by step.thanx

Hi, Sheryl,
Something to try,
Go to Control Panel and double click Internet Options,
Click Delete Cookies, Files(temp files), and History.
This should give your system some room to work in.
Reboot.

In the Control Panel switch to Classic View,
It's a lot easier to see all the options.

Sheryl, another place to look,
Go to Accessories, System tools, system Restore.
on the left side, click System Restore Settings,
Click to highlite Windows XP and then the Settings button.
Move the slider bar to the left to reduce the size down to 7 percent or
less.
This will give you more space to run in also.

What are you using for Antivirus and Antispyware software?

Go to at least one of the following free online scanning sites and get
a "second opinion" about any possible viruses/trojans/worms/spyware on
your machine:
Bit Defender http://www.bitdefender.com/scan8/ie.html
Trend Micro http://housecall.trendmicro.com
Kaspersky Online Scanner http://www.kaspersky.com/virusscanner
Panda ActiveScan http://www.pandasoftware.com/activescan
WindowSecurity.com TrojanScan http://windowssecurity.com/trojanscan
Webroot http://www.webroot.com/

Good luck

That appears to be a custom package provided by your Internet Service
Provider. As it is not a product that is generally available I cannot
find much in the way of ratings of this product.
