system crash

my another computer crash when booting up. First it show that Windows didn't
start successfully then it shows blue screen with white word. It display
'BAD_POOL_CALLER' and 'Technical information: *** STOP:0x000000c2
(0x00000007,0x00000CD4,0x02380002,0x821E01F0). I restart the pc but it still
have the blue screen. What is happening? What should I do?

the problem solved.

I am having the same problem - can you tell me what hardware failed so I can
check that on my computer? I'm at a loss.
