System could not log you on

Due to a recent storm, we had a flicker in our power. It
was just long enough to shut down my computer. When I
restarted my computer, I got the following message: "The
system could not log you on. Make sure your username and
domain name are correct...." I entered the administrator
username and the password. Same message appeared. Now what?
