System cloning (without SP1)

I have tried to use the cloning tool component. I set the resealPhase
to 0
and went through FBA. I then ran fbreseal.exe and clicked "click to
reboot".
After the reboot I just get the blue background and nothing else, it
looks like its not logging it.

I applied the QFE patch but it still doesnt work.
 
Doug is right... I have had a machine take up to 3-5
minutes to boot after reseal. Is the drive that you are
putting the image on formatted NTFS?

It sounds like you need to check your FBA log before you
reseal the drive. Make sure there are no errors in the
log.
