Clone without System Cloning Tool Component

I want to make clone after FBA and application installing.
I don't use System Cloning Tool but manually execute
reseal and cloning phase.

What should I execute to reseal?
Only execute fbreseal.exe just after installing all
applications and immediately shutdown is OK?
So after copying to multiple devices, cloning phase
automatically executed?

System Cloning Tool contains setupcl.exe and setupcn.exe
besides fbreseal.exe. How are these .exe used while
cloning?

You can manually run fbreseal, if you've the cmiResealPhase property set to
0. After restart the runtime goes through cloning.
