...system cannot find the specified file

To uninstall Intervideo Win DVD 4 the Uninstall Wizard began and
stopped with a yellow exclamation mark in a window which read " Error
extracting support files: The system cannot find the file specified " .
So I cannot uninstall the program .
Can a professional help me with this problem please ?

If you ahve installed Clean Sweep or other uninstaller utility then do it
using that.

Without one of those, try reinstalling WinDVD into the same directory.
Reboot the system and then try to uninstall it.

Do you have the original installation media? If so try to reinstall the
program from the CD then when finish uninstall using Add/Remove. The
other option would be to download a trial version here:

http://www.intervideo.com/jsp/Home.jsp

and install that to see if it will replace the older package and then
uninstall the trial.
