is there any way to change it so that certain programs
don't boot, even before msconfig is in effect. this has
happened before but i don't know how the computer guys
fixed it. these programs that aren't compatible with my
version of windows startup before i can do anything about
them. i tried goin into dos and doin msconfig since the
conflict causes the ctrl+alt+del to exit every few
seconds along with most other alterations programs like
regedit and msconfig.
