This maybe what you need.

Office PC in new office;

Go to system properties

open remote folder

click on remote desttop

click on Select remote user.

You will need to have your pc computer name to enter.

hopefully this will do what you need.

This maybe what your looking for

Go to the other office pc

Go to system properties

You want to be able to log onto a pc at another office.

There is a default "Administrator" account which you can access via safe
mode. It will not normally have a password UNLESS your system people have
established one.

And if they know anything about their job they will have set a password on
the account.
