System 83 message

When I restart my computer, I get a "System 83" box that says the filkes are
hidden and I should not mess with this file. I did not/do want this message
everytime I restart. Why does it pop up and how do I get rid of it.

I do not know enough about computers to mess with the stuff in this file
anyway!

A Google Groups search on the error shows very few results (17). You
might look through them for an answer:

A Google web search shows many hits, even after narrowing the search
parameters. If you have more specifics you can add to the search, maybe
