there is a file in the c:\windows\system32\yfcxxvcxyv.exe which freezes norton as well as any other security software(counter spy,windows defender etc) when scanning this file.I tried to find any information about this file,but no results.PC works fine it's just ...the scanning cant be completed because freezes when
reaches to this file.Any help highly appreciated.

Delete it, it is not a legitimate windows file and should not be in the system32 folder.

Go get HyjackThis program and run it & post your results here.
